EVENT DESCRIPTION

In this comical hour-long one-act play with music by Mozart, a weary theatre manager must cope with a meddlesome assistant who fancies himself an opera singer, two jealous prima donnas, and a star-struck financier with an eye for the ladies. The tale is set here in Ocala, at the Marion Opera House.

The Impresario features five of Ocala Civic Theatre’s most talented vocalists — Jason Bartosic, Jamille Lea Brewster, Ashlyn Gibbs, Adam Pryor, and James Taylor — accompanied by Chris Goddard, pianist. This Rattlebox On the Road special presentation will be performed in the beautiful space of the Grace Episcopal Church parish hall (503 SE Broadway Street) in downtown Ocala.
